All orders are processed for shipment the day the payment is received. Once payment is received, items will ship within 72 hours.

Return Policy:
After you receive an order you have 7 days to look it over. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us before making any returns. We will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. In the case of a return you will need to send the order back in new/good condition. Returns must be insured and shipped at YOUR cost. We are not responsible for returns not received. We strongly suggest that you ship returns via USPS and use a tracking number. Claims for orders damaged in shipment must be filed with the carrier. Most Used dvds/games/software is checked before being place into inventory. If you get a dvd or game that will not play contact us via the "contact us" link and let us know we can in most cases replace the defect or issues a refund. Returns Info: Your Return Shipment – Must be shipped within 7 days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship date”) on your invoice. Before Returning Your Order – You must contact us FIRST immediately by e-mail or by phone, if you have encountered a problem. We will inturn provide you with a return merchandise info. Opened Items – New orders can not be returned, unless DEFECTIVE. Defective items will be replaced with the same item only. If we do not have the same item in stock, then a refund will be issued.
Note: While returning a defective item back to us, all the original packaging must be included. Buyers shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise – New orders that were damaged by the customer and not by the seller. A refund will not be issued.
